选煤专业学生通过毕业设计的形式总结三年来的学习成果,并对所学习的专业理论知识和生产实际有机的联系起来,通过设计提高学生的专业理论水平,为以后走上工作岗位打下坚实的理论基础,同时,掌握初步设计要求的部分内容和绘制图纸的要求。


毕业设计要求完成的内容包括二个部分。


第一部分 初步设计说明书和图纸


     


1、设计的依据、要求和目的。


本课程设计要求学生学会综合、校正煤质资料的方法,并且对煤质资料进行分析;掌握工艺流程的计算原理和方法;掌握工艺设备选型和计算方法;初步掌握车间设备布置的方法和培养绘制工艺图纸的能力。


课程设计包括说明书与图纸两部分。说明书书写要简明、清楚,选用的指标与资料数据要注明来源和依据,要写出主要的计算过程和步骤;准备车间的机组剖面布置图12张,平面图1张,工艺设备联系图1张。对已给定工艺流程计算,将数质量指标填到工艺流程图上,在说明书中对工艺流程分析,并给予评价


2、原料煤基地概况(或对所实习地点的原料煤基地进行描述)。


3、选煤厂的类型及厂型。


4、选后产品的用途及要求。


5、煤质特征、选煤方法、分选上下限及设计过程中的特点。


6、供水、供电、地面运输及地面建筑物概况。


7、待解决的问题。


前言用简洁的文字写成。

一、煤层特征描述。


矿区含煤层数、各煤层的厚度、可采程度等。将入选的原煤煤质特征列表说明。

一、选煤厂类型。


二、选煤厂的厂型、工作制度(按设计任务书叙述)。


三、选煤厂的生产能力(即日和小时处理能力,按设计任务书叙述)。


 


第三章   选煤工艺


第一节   煤质特征及其可选性


一、            煤质特征:煤的物理性质、化学性质即煤的牌号、灰分、硫分、煤的结焦性等。


检查筛分浮沉资料在煤样试验前后重量与灰分的误差是否符合国标或部标要求,有无错误的数据,以确认资料的正确性和可靠性。


煤质资料的初步分析(原煤特性)


对矸石、硫、磷有害杂质含量有初步的估计,例如,低矸或中矸等矸石含量偏低的原煤,可考虑检查性手选,矸石经过破碎由跳汰机排出。资料合成时不扣除矸石。如果矸石含量大,原煤属于高矸,应考虑使用选择性破碎机等选出矸石,资料合成时应扣除矸石。原煤含硫小于1.5%,可考虑特殊处理。

2、煤质资料校正与综合:


首先校正筛分试验资料,校正原则见书(筛分资料的灰分校正)。各煤层筛分试验灰分校正后按表1进行综合。


考虑+50mm的原煤(包括夹矸、矸石)全部破碎,其破碎至-50mm的筛分试验资料见表2。破碎级的总灰分与表1中的灰分有差异,以表1+50mm灰分为准,校正破碎级的灰分,校正后的灰分填入表2的第10栏。
